2. Nature of Website Information
The information on this website is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute a binding offer, guaranteed service, confirmed booking, or contractual commitment of any kind.
Menu examples, service descriptions, and catering formats described on this website are illustrative and directional only. They do not represent fixed or guaranteed menus, service packages, or available options unless specifically confirmed in writing for a specific event.
Any content or imagery on this website relating to event catering, food presentation, or hospitality settings is used for general informational and atmospheric purposes only and does not represent real Kindle House Events Ltd events, clients, menus, venues, or staff unless specifically stated.
3. Event Availability
Event availability is not guaranteed on the basis of a website enquiry or initial contact. A date or event is not reserved or held until this is explicitly confirmed in writing by Kindle House Events Ltd.
Submitting an enquiry through any form on this website does not constitute a booking, reservation, or confirmation of availability.
4. Menus and Catering Services
Menu items, food formats, service styles, and catering options described on this website are directional only. The specific menu, ingredients, service format, staffing, delivery logistics, setup requirements, and all other catering details are agreed on an individual basis for each event.
No specific menu, ingredient, or food item is guaranteed to be available unless confirmed in writing for a specific event. Menu direction is subject to seasonal availability, supplier circumstances, dietary considerations, and practical feasibility at the time of the event.
5. Dietary and Allergen Information
It is the client's responsibility to disclose all relevant dietary requirements and allergen information clearly and accurately, in sufficient detail, before any event booking is confirmed.
Allergen risk cannot be completely eliminated in a catering environment unless this has been specifically agreed in writing and is practically achievable given the event format, venue facilities, and menu.
Kindle House Events Ltd will take reasonable steps to address dietary and allergen requirements that have been disclosed and confirmed, but cannot accept liability for allergen incidents arising from information that was not disclosed, was inaccurate, or was not confirmed in writing before the event.
Any dietary information voluntarily submitted through this website is treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6. Booking Terms
Specific booking terms — including payment terms, deposit requirements, cancellation terms, rescheduling terms, force majeure provisions, and any other contractual conditions — are agreed individually for each confirmed event booking.
These booking terms are separate from these website Terms and Conditions and will be provided in writing at the point of booking confirmation.
7. Service Scope
The scope of catering and hospitality services — including staffing, delivery, setup, clearance, service format, timing, and any other operational elements — is confirmed individually for each event. Nothing is assumed to be included unless it has been specifically agreed and confirmed in writing.
8. Venue and Client Responsibilities
Venue access, kitchen or preparation facilities, parking, loading access, setup timing, and any specific venue requirements are the responsibility of the client to communicate accurately and to ensure are available as needed, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate event information, including guest count, event timing, venue details, and all dietary and allergen information relevant to the event.

10. Limitation of Liability
The information on this website is provided without warranty of any kind. Kindle House Events Ltd accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from reliance on website information, any inaccuracy in website content, or any matters arising from a general enquiry or website submission that has not been confirmed in writing as a booking.
Our liability in relation to any confirmed event booking is limited as set out in the individual booking terms agreed for that event.
